Currently, Life’sWork is looking for dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in
both our Pittsburgh and Monessen offices. If you or someone you know is looking for
full-time, part-time, or flexible hours work, loves working with people, and embodies our
C.A.R.E. values of Compassion, Awareness, Respect, and Engagement, then
becoming a DSP might be exactly the right fit. This position is perfect for those

Life’sWork DSPs provide direct care to individuals with intellectual and developmental
disabilities or individuals facing other barriers to employment. They work at a variety of
job sites in a wide range of businesses and organizations assisting our clients in
acquiring, maintaining, and enhancing skills required to secure and carry out work-
related activities. No prior experience or specialized knowledge is necessary beyond a
high school degree or GED and a valid PA driver’s license. All the training on job
responsibilities is available through Life’sWork.
